• Monday-Friday: Drop off/Pick up time is anytime before 7AM, or between 5-10PM. Saturday and Sunday anytime is generally acceptable. Expected drop off/pick up time must be communicated at the time of booking.

• Pet parents will need to provide food and or treats for their pet, any other personal care items such as pillows, blankets, beds, etc can be brought if desired.

• Each pet’s sleeping arrangement is tailored to their needs, either couch, bed or kennels. Owners must inform on suggested bedtime arrangements.

• All animals in good physical condition are given at least one hour of exercise per day. This includes playing fetch, running around the fenced in pet play area, pet interaction, and optional individual walks at an additional fee.

• All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, vaccination records can be sent through email/text or a copy provided at drop off.

• In the event of a medical emergency, the owner will be contacted immediately, and the pet will be taken to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic at the expense of the pet owner.

• Payments are due in full no later than one week prior to pet care service.

• Due to Blaine Barks & Boarding LLC's strenuous schedule, any cancellation of a scheduled service will result in a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations not made by 12:00PM on the day prior to the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

       Cancellation fee may be waived at Blaine Barks & Boarding LLC’s discretion.

• Extended Care: Nightly rates are based on a 24-hour time period from drop off to pick up time. If the pickup time is more than 2 hours later than the drop off time on the first day, additional fees are applied as follows.

       2-8 hours additional time: +50% of nightly rate.

       8+ hours additional time: +100% of nightly rate.
